IRISH BUSINESS LAW
If Debtors Won't Pay
The simplest answer we can give you is to call us. We will be happy to look at your situation and advise you on how to proceed. There are many ways to approach deadbeat clients. Hopefully, you can sort out the matter yourself before having to resort to lawyers. However, if your best efforts have failed, we will initially write to the recalcitrant debtor seeking payment. As the matter progresses we will take further action up to and including litigation if it becomes necessary. In any event, we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
Our Goal
The goal of our firm is to provide honest, courteous and diligent representation while striving to keep your legal costs down and making the legal process as easy as possible on you.
